Looking for Alternative Extreme Pressure Additive for Damper Oil (TPS20 Replacement)

We are looking for a qualified manufacturer/supplier of extreme pressure additive as an alternative replacement for Arkema TPS20. Application: The additive will be used in damper oil (shock absorber oil). A small amount of additive will be mixed into non-polar damper oil to improve anti-wear performance and extreme pressure resistance. Required Product Characteristics: 1. Inactive / non-corrosive additive 2. Excellent anti-wear performance to reduce metal wear inside dampers 3. Excellent extreme pressure performance to withstand high pressure and prevent oil leakage 4. Non-metallic additive preferred (avoid organometallic additives such as Zinc because ash residue is not acceptable) 5. Good compatibility with non-polar damper oil Target Product Reference: Arkema TPS20 Reference Information: - CAS No.: 68425-15-0 (same CAS product or other suitable alternatives are acceptable) - Sulfur content: around 20% preferred (lower sulfur content is preferred; very high sulfur content is not acceptable) - Low viscosity preferred - Colorless or low odor preferred Estimated Demand: 2027-2028: approximately 1,000 liters/month 2029: approximately 2,000 liters/month 2030 onwards: approximately 2,900 liters/month Suppliers with similar products, technical data sheets (TDS), test reports, and application experience are welcome to contact us.
