Description

POLYVANTIS FR1 film is an impact-modified, flame-retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate/Polycarbonate (PBT/PC) alloy film offering UL94 VTM-0 performance down to 130 microns with excellent temperature performance. The film features outstanding chemical resistance, high dielectric strength (43 kV/mm), and excellent ease of fabrication including thermoforming, embossing, clean-edge die-cutting, folding, and bending. This white PBT/PC insulation film is halogen-containing and flame-retardant, making it highly suitable for a wide range of electrical, electronic, and medical applications. It provides reliable insulation for power supplies, connectors, PC boards, and electronic housings. Available thicknesses: 0.125mm, 0.175mm, 0.25mm, 0.38mm, 0.43mm, 0.5mm, 0.76mm.
