Jushi 568H and 568HD are chopped strands designed for reinforcing thermoplastics. They are coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with PA66 and PA6. 568H is widely used in automotive, electrical/electronic, daily goods, and sporting goods. 568HD is engineered for extrusion and injection molding, widely used in automotive, home appliance, transportation, and packaging. 568HD has passed FDA certification, making it suitable for food contact applications. Both products feature excellent strand integrity, low static, low fuzz, and good flowability. 568HD specifically provides superior dispersibility, excellent appearance, excellent glycol resistance, heat resistance, and fatigue resistance (e.g., at 100°C and 60MPa stress, 568HD endures 306,866 cycles vs. 568H's 132,291 cycles).
